PROFESSIONAL EMPHASIS

 

Practitioner is incorporated as Peter S. Lewicki, P.S.; in law practice since 1968, encompassing such diverse matters as choice of legal entity for a start-up business, advice to the entrepreneur, shareholder and partner dispute resolution, buy-outs, shareholder litigation, non-competition/non-solicitation matters, real estate problems, sale and merger of a business, employment agreements, tax controversies, estate planning, employment law including termination disputes, computer software and other intellectual property disputes, licensing and distribution agreements, international business relationships and agreements, and general business advice.  Additional experience has been gained in the capacity as general corporate counsel and as a problem solver for a variety of businesses and corporate interrelationships over the years.  I would like to be known as a problem solver who uses technical knowledge, intelligence and experience to untangle difficult problems in a cost efficient manner.
